The cancellation deadline is July 3, 2020. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel your registration, your registration fee can be credited toward another future CLEAN event if notified by July 3, 2020. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to register@cleanwaterwaysevent.org prior to July 31, 2020.

What is the Season Pass Program?
It’s an up-front commitment to the CLEAN events at a deeply discounted rate. Best of all, Season Passes are assigned to a company, not a specific individual. This means that various employees from an organization can participate throughout the year for the same low rate.
Only a limited number of Season Passes will be available for each conference, and will be sold on a first-come, first served basis.
Is there a minimum number of CLEAN Event passes I must buy?
Yes, Season Pass holders must purchase a least (3) CLEAN Event passes for 2020. You can allocate the passes however you wish!
What are the 2020 Season Pass Prices?
3-6 tickets annually – $699 each
7-11 tickets annually – $599 each
12-15 tickets annually – $499 each
*if you’re just interested in sending team members to one CLEAN event, a group registration package may be a better option

NOTES:
If you need to change who is attending what show, please let us know 10 days before the event takes place. If the request comes in after that time period, we won’t be able to accommodate a switch.
This programmed was designed for operating companies to get the local responders they work with to attend CLEAN WATERWAYS. For just $2200, up to 5 local responders can attend CLEAN WATERWAYS and enjoy the benefits of attending conference sessions and networking with attendees and exhibitors.
How it works:
With the purchase of a local responder package, you can send (up to) 5 local responders your company works with during an incident to attend CLEAN WATERWAYS. This includes local law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, etc. Each registration will give them access to all conference sessions, networking events, exhibit hall, breakfast and lunch.
To purchase the local responder package, contact Carey Buchholtz at 713-343-1878 or cbuchholtz@accessintel.com. She will collect payment and work with you on registering the local responders you want at CLEAN WATERWAYS.
